The 2023 annual meeting of members of Marian Heights Corporation will be held on Tuesday, June 20 in the courtroom at the Elm Grove Village Hall. The purpose of the meeting is to reelect directors and receive a report on well operations.

We need to have 34 residences represented in person or by proxy in order to have a quorum to conduct business. Unless you are absolutely sure that you will be able to attend the meeting, please click on “Proxy Vote” in the menu for this site and complete and submit your proxy.
